House Rental Agreement

This House Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this ___________ day of ___________ (month), _________ (year), between the Landlord, ________________________________ (name of landlord), with an address at ________________________________ (landlord's address), and the Tenant, ________________________________ (name of tenant), with an address at ________________________________ (tenant's address).

1. Property: The Landlord agrees to rent out the property located at ________________________ (address of the property) to the Tenant for residential purposes only.
